Cancellation Policy

##Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to ***72 hours in advance*** of the reservation or made by Riva Row Boat House at any time will allow the options to:
- Reschedule the reservation,
- Receive a full monetary refund.

Cancellations made prior to ***24 hours in advance*** of the reservation will allow the option to:
- Reschedule the reservation.

All reservations are final ***within 24 hours*** of the reservation date.
*Riva Row Boat House reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time.*

##Weather Policy Notice
Riva Row Boat House will delay/cancel operation for at least 30 minutes following the occurrence of any of the following weather conditions:
- **Sustained winds** of 20 mph or greater (or gusts of 30 mph),
- **Lightning** is detected within a 12-mile radius,
- **Thunder** is heard or lightening is visible from any of our locations,

**NOTE:** SUP Yoga classes will be suspended/cancelled with wind speed of greater than 11mph.

In the event the program is cut short due to weather, Riva Row Boat House and Generation Zen will discuss options to reschedule to a later date or issue a monetary refund.
