*SUPBALL (Stand Up Paddle Ball) is a combination of netball, water polo, lacrosse and rugby - played on stand up paddleboards.*
We think it may be the most fun you can have on a SUP! Contact and non-contact versions make this sport suitable for all ages. We can even organise a lesson for any newbies to the sport!

If you have already had your first taste of SUPBALL and would like to play more all you have to do is book in your SUP hire with us and we will set a court up for you free of charge!

###2) Arrival time
Arrive 20 minutes prior to your booking start time. We will need to complete your check-in and go through our safety briefing before getting you on the water.

**What to Bring**
• Paddling clothes (rash vest, board shorts, hat)
• Drinking-water
• Sunscreen and towel
• Thermal top, wind breaker (on cooler days)
• Dry change of clothes for after the game
