Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if the surf lesson pack is cancelled at least 24 hours before the first scheduled lesson.
Once the first lesson has taken place, a partial refund may be issued for any unused lessons remaining in the pack. Lessons already attended are non-refundable.
After the first lesson has been used, any refund for the remaining lessons will be calculated based on the standard individual lesson price, not the discounted pack rate. The value of the lessons already used (calculated at the regular single-lesson price) will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
