Please note – if the waves / swell / wind is unsuitable we reserve the right not hire out gear. We will ask for visa details for security & ID to hire out any of our gear. Thank you 🙂

All equipment hire is on a first come first served basis on these dates.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours or more notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the activity are non- refundable including cancellation during an activity.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
