Our trips and charters are available at the same hourly rate and include a USCG-certified captain, fuel, and necessary equipment.

Proper clothing: During the summer months, on a cold body of water, most people choose to wear some combination of a swimsuit, board shorts, and a short- or long-sleeved rash guard for sun protection, a towel, and a change of clothes. Wetsuit and an outer shell or warm jacket are recommended to protect you from the potential chill mountain air.

Refund Policy for experience and guiding services
A full refund, minus a $100 processing fee, is available up to 30 days before the experience. Partial credit of 50% of the total cost of the experience is available from 30 to 7 days before the trip. No refund nor credit will be granted for cancellation within a week (7 days) of the reservation or program or for no-shows. TW reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust a reservation due to dangerous weather conditions. If a reservation must be canceled due to weather, Tahoe Waterman will offer to reschedule at no cost or a full credit for a future experience with Tahoe Waterman. If the customer prefers a cash refund, a 20% fee will apply.
If a customer(s)/group(s) is a NO SHOW without contacting management 48 HOURS before an activity, no refund will be issued. Customers will receive a refund within 48 hours of cancellation notice, and a service fee will apply if you change or cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. No cancellation will be considered within 48 HOURS of the activity.
