Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with **48 hours** notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to inquire about cancellations.
If the participant(s) does not show up for their scheduled trip and fail to call 48 hours in advance to cancel their reservation, their trip fee will not be refunded
Refunds are complete between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your bank.
