Thank you for booking with us! We are excited to have you on board. Please read this email in its entirety so that you may have the best experience possible.

**THIS IS NOT YOUR BOARDING PASS**
**Check in at the gift shop at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise to receive your boarding pass.**
If you have not checked in by the time we **START** boarding, your tickets may be resold. Our cruises leave on-time. We cannot wait for late arrivals. If you are late, the boat will leave without you, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

**Please Note**
Our cruises require a minimum number of passengers. If we do not meet the minimum, your cruise may be cancelled up to the scheduled departure time. We will do our best to notify you in advance; however, the cruises tend to fill up throughout the day and at the last minute so advance notice may not be possible.


##Know before you go:

- **Be sure to arrive at least 1 hour before your departure time to secure parking and check in at the gift shop to receive a boarding pass. You must have a boarding pass to board the ship.**
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and dress for the day's weather
- Sunscreen is recommended
- Bring your camera
- If you plan to drink alcohol, please bring a valid government-issued ID
- If you want to dress like a pirate, please do so! We have a selection of pirate garb for purchase in our shop!
- Bring extra cash/credit cards if you wish to purchase snacks or drinks on board. Water and soft drinks are free on the Pirate Ship and available for purchase on the Dolphin Quest and Shark Boat.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board.
- The Pirate Ship DOES NOT view the sunset from the gulf. If you are looking for the best views of the sunset, check out a cruise on our Dolphin Quest.
