.**Cancellation and Refund Policy:**
- Customer cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for refund eligibility.
- All sales are final. No refunds for customer cancellations outside the 24 hour prior to booking cancellation policy or in case of a no-show.
- In cases of inclement weather cancellations, customers will receive a one year credit. NO REFUNDS will be given, no exceptions.
