Pricing
Private Vessel Charter
**3 Hours – $1,099 (up to 6 guests)**
**4 Hours – $1,399 (up to 6 guests)**
Charter rates adjust based on overall vessel utilization and group size configuration:
**7–9 Guests:** Adjusted vessel charter rate (+$200)
**10–13 Guests:** Adjusted vessel charter rate (+$400)
Maximum capacity: 13 guests.
This experience is offered as a **bareboat charter**. The charterer assumes temporary possession and control of the vessel for the duration of the charter period.
A qualified, properly licensed captain may be selected and contracted separately by the charterer. Fuel usage is calculated based on actual consumption. Customary crew gratuity is not included.

## Next Steps Before Your Charter
### 1. Complete Your Charter Agreement
The Primary Charterer must complete the **Bareboat Charter Agreement using the link above**.
### 2. Forward the Guest Waiver to Your Guests
We require a completed waiver for **everyone onboard**.
Please forward the Guest Waiver link above to everyone in your party. Adults complete their own waiver, and a parent or legal guardian completes the waiver for minors.
### 3. Complete Your Captain Selection
You will receive a separate email from **captains@hireyourcaptain.com** with instructions for completing your captain selection through **Hire Your Captain**.

## Your Captain
Captain and crew services are handled separately through **Hire Your Captain**.
You may:
- Select from independent, insurance-approved captains familiar with the vessel, or
- **Bring your own qualified captain**, who can be submitted through Hire Your Captain for approval.

## Food, Drinks & What to Bring
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
Please remember:
- No red wine
- No glass beer bottles
*(Wine and champagne bottles are permitted.)*
- Lotion sunscreen only
- No spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, or shimmer products
- Bare feet or clean socks aboard the yacht

## Fuel, Payment & Gratuity
If you selected the **prepaid fuel option**, it covers the prepaid amount of fuel shown in your reservation. If actual fuel usage exceeds that amount, the additional fuel will be charged after the charter.
Any remaining vessel balance will be processed **5 days before your charter** using the card on file.
Gratuity for your independently selected captain and crew is discretionary. **20% is customary** and may be paid directly to the captain and crew at the conclusion of your charter. We can also assist with a cashless gratuity option.
Cancellation Policy
### Guest-Initiated Cancellation
- **More than 5 days prior to departure:**
A full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner will be issued.
- **Within 5 days of departure:**
Charter fees are non-refundable.

### Weather Determination
Safety is the highest priority.
For this bareboat charter, the **independently selected captain** will make the final determination on the morning of the charter based on actual marine conditions and forecasts.
- Light rain or overcast conditions do not typically constitute grounds for cancellation.
- If the captain determines conditions are unsafe to operate, the charter will be considered weather-canceled.
If a weather cancellation is declared by the captain:
- The parties will first attempt to reschedule the charter.
- If rescheduling is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner will be refunded.

### Vessel Unavailability
In the rare event the vessel becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances:
- The parties will first attempt to reschedule.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of charter fees paid will be issued.
