Life jackets are required at all times while operating or riding the jet ski (provided).
No alcohol, drugs, or impairing medications may be consumed before or during use. Operation will be denied with no refund if impairment is suspected.
Operator must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID.
Maximum weight and passenger limits must be followed at all times.
Jet ski must be operated responsibly — no reckless driving, racing, wake jumping, or unsafe behavior.
Stay within designated riding areas and maintain safe distances from docks, swimmers, boats, and shorelines.
Weather conditions are monitored; rentals may be delayed or canceled for safety due to wind, storms, or poor visibility.
Any damage, loss, or injury must be reported immediately.
Renter assumes all risk associated with jet ski use and agrees to follow all posted, verbal, and written safety instructions.
Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
