In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers may cancel and receive a full refund or credit with 4 hours notice of cancellation. To ensure the safety of all passengers, trips do not operate in lake wind advisories. Sailing Orlando reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips in such an event of unsafe conditions and will issue a full refund or credit to customers. Contact us by phone to reschedule or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
