We are located just south of the Daintree Village and we are very easy to find. Just follow the main road North until you see our signs (they match the logo on our social media pages and website) and then turn right when you spot our driveway.

**YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CROSS THE FERRY TO REACH US**

When you reach the ferry turnoff to Cape Tribulation continue another 3.8 kilometres North and you will find us.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels with more than 24 hours notice before their scheduled cruise time, the customer will receive a full refund or credit.

If a customer cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled cruise time, the customer will have the option of being rebooked at a different time for no charge, or forfeit 100% of the booking amount.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
