Here are the need-to-know deets for our Shellventure! 🐚
⏰ Check-In: 30 minutes prior to your departure time, with Mindy or Kris, under the Pavilion. This will allow for check-in, bathroom usage (there are no bathrooms are the islands), and receiving your complimentary gift prior to departure.
🚤 Boarding: On the hour, sharp (don’t miss the boat-sorry no refunds 🚤) Ex: 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm.
🅿️ Paid parking on-site. (Goodland is $10/day), Lover's Key is $0 (at this time), (Naples is paid parking - unsure of amount at this time.)
🪄 Freebies: Complimentary shell bag + 2 waters per guest

💥 Return Pickup: 20 minutes prior to the end of your reservation time, meet at the same meeting spot we arrived to, on the island. (If you are not at the boat when we are set to depart, the boat will depart with out you. Please keep an eye on the time, so the boat doesn't depart without you.)

Parking is **EXTREMELY** limited! It is $10 for parking via a QR code or text to pay. (AT THIS TIME, WE DON'T THINK THERE IS A PARKING FEE.

Cancellation Policy
✨ Reel Sea Adventures – Cancellation & Weather Policy ✨
We know plans can change, and while your reservation is always held just for you, here’s how we handle cancellations:
Cancel within 7 days of booking: 👉🏼 Full refund.
Cancel 3 days or more before departure: 👉🏼 50% refund.
Cancel within 3 days of departure, late arrival, or no-show: 👉🏼 No refunds.
🌦️ Weather & Rescheduling:
Tours operate in rain or shine conditions.
The Master Captain has sole discretion to delay or cancel due to unsafe weather.
If Reel Sea Adventures cancels a tour due to weather, the guest may elect to:
a) Receive a full refund, or
b) Reschedule the tour within 1 year of the original scheduled departure date.
❌ Guest-initiated cancellations due to weather concerns that are not validated by the Captain are subject to the above cancellation policy.
We truly appreciate your understanding—our tours are small, intimate, and in high demand. Your booking reserves a limited seat, and this policy ensures every guest gets a chance to join us.
By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
