# ✅ 1. Submit Your Waivers – Before You Arrive!
This is the most important step.** Every single guest must complete an individual electronic waiver** before arrival—**no paper options** will be available on site.
- **No waiver = no rafting.**
- Anyone **under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian** sign for them.
- You’ll find waiver links in your confirmation email. Forward that email to everyone in your group so waivers are tied to your reservation.
# 📍 2. Where to Meet
**Upper Yough Rafting Tours meet at: White Water Adventurers Retail Shop**
📍* 6 Negley St, Ohiopyle, PA 15470* (Look for the bright red building!)
**Arrive on time!** Your meeting time is listed in your confirmation.
- We **cannot hold trips** for late arrivals.
- Anyone more than **30 minutes late** will miss the trip and **will not be refunded**.
# 🎒 3. What to Bring (and Wear)
**Bring**:
_- Any **medications** you may need—give them to your guide.
- **Straps for eyeglasses** (you don’t want to lose them in the rapids).
- A **dry change of clothes** and a **towel** for after the trip.
- **Extra money** for awesome trip photos, t-shirts, and souvenirs.
**Wear**:
- **Comfortable, water-friendly clothing** like shorts and t-shirts (no jeans or sweats).
- **Secure footwear only**—no flip-flops or Crocs.
- **Wet suits are available to rent** if needed.
💡 Pro Tip: Leave valuables in your car and hand your keys to the check-in attendant. **Don’t bring anything on the river that can’t get wet or you’re afraid to lose.**
# 🌊 4. What to Expect on Trip Day
- After check-in, you'll receive your **life jacket and helmet** These items must be worn at all times.
- You’ll meet your guide(s), travel to the launch area, and go through a **15-minute safety talk** before launching into adventure.
- **Rafting is a team activity**—everyone will need to paddle!
⚠️ Please let us know in advance if anyone in your group has** language barriers or physical limitations** so we can help make your trip awesome.
🚫**Alcohol is strictly prohibited** in Ohiopyle State Park.
**Any guest determined to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to raft. No refunds will be given.**
**Promo may not be added to reservations that are paid in full**

Cancellation Policy
We welcome the opportunity to have you as our guest.
You may cancel at any time. **If you cancel day of tour, you will not receive a refund and forfeit all monies paid.**
**Refundable Ticket**
Cancellation: 90% refund if canceled up to **14 days** prior to trip. Refunds do not include the convenience fee amount for online booking as this is remitted to a Third Party processor.
Rebooking: One free rebooking up to 24 hours before the trip. All rebooked trips become nonrefundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to trip. **Reservations made within 14 days are not eligible for a refund.** Please consider Trip Protection: see below.
**Non-Refundable Ticket:**
Cancellation: *No Refunds or Changes for Any Reason* **Trip protection does not apply to non-refundable tickets.**
**Trip Protection for *Refundable* Tickets**
**Trip protection does not apply to nonrefundable tickets.**If you purchased trip protection, your cancellation window has been extended up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. You'll be fully refunded for the ticket (minus the trip protection and fees).

**What if we cancel?**
We reserve the right to cancel for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather, river conditions, passenger count, mechanical issues, safety for you, our guests, and our crew. We'll do our best to reschedule your trip based on availability or you'll be issued a gift card to return another time.
