#What You Should Bring:
Please remember to dress warmly with closed-toed shoes as it does get colder out on the water, and ocean spray can occur. You can also bring your sunglasses, camera, tight fitting hat, sunscreen, and a sense of adventure!
Do not forget to bring your re-usable water bottle to fill at our office or purchase a take home souvenir of your own as we no longer sell plastic bottled water.

Please check-in for your tour in the office 30 minutes prior to your departure time.
Please note: Zodiac tours are not offered to children under 6 years of age, persons under 4 feet tall, those who are pregnant, or those with neck or back problems
Each tour lasts approximately 3 hours.
We acknowledge the importance of proper sanitization of all high touchpoints, including vessels, check-in locations, equipment, and washrooms, and are committed to ensuring a high standard of cleanliness for our guests and crew.
- There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any changes or cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the tour's departure time will be charged the full tour price. This includes no shows, late arrivals and a reduction in the reservation passenger numbers.
- The vessel type confirmed at the time of booking may change depending on operational needs with passenger loads and will be subject to availability.
- Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Please ask us about our "No Whale Tour" policy.
- All reservation processing fees are non-refundable.
- Orca Spirit Adventures reserves the right to cancel or postpone any trip due to inclement weather, insufficient passenger numbers or events beyond our control.
