- Boarding: Doca de Alcântara Rocha, (Doca do Espanhol) LISBON
- You must check in at the meeting point at least 30 min before the tour start time.
- Maximum: 18 clients.
- Included: Welcome drink/ Guided Tour
- Pick up & Drop off: Not included. Please let us know if you need on check-out.
- Parking: Available at the meeting point.
- Childrens are welcome. We will provided a life jacket.
- Any client with an alcoholic appearance will not be board to the boat and the refund will not be allowed.
- Pets/Service animals count for the capacity of the boat.
- Not suitable for bachelor parties.

Cancellation policy:
o Due to weather conditions, like rain, fog or heavy weather (decision is taken by the skipper): 100% refund of the received amount
o Any problem with the vessel or crew: 100% refund of the received amount
Customer cancelation
o 30 days before the trip : 100% refund of the received amount
o 15 days before the trip: 50% refund of the received amount
o 14 days or less: no refund
