### CHECK-IN:
Upon arrival, please **check in at the Nalo Kai Club Lounge** for your activity wristbands and VIP credit voucher.
- Nalo Kai Club is located on the lagoon/boardwalk level. **On the attached property map, look for “Nalo Kai Club | Lounge & Lockers” marked as Number 5.**
### Before You Arrive:
**Please ensure all participants complete the required waiver online prior to arrival.**
The waiver link is included in your booking confirmation. Please share the link with everyone in your booking, **and ensure full names and ages match your booking details.**
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in and get set up for your activities.
Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes for comfort throughout the day.
### Important Activity Information:
- **Dining and retail credit vouchers must be used the same day as your activity booking.**
- Children ages 4–6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- **Surf orientation begins 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session.**
- Surf Participants must be 10 years or older.
- Minimum weight requirement for Surf is 90 lbs.
- Watercraft and equipment availability is subject to daily bookings and weather conditions.
- Surf lessons and certain activities may have scheduled times; please check your itinerary at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
#48 Hours in advance:
For bookings made directly through The LineUp at Wai Kai to be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, less a $5 administrative fee per transaction, you must call 808-515-7873 or visit Launch to confirm your cancellation and/or reschedule no less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity (surf, paddle, lesson, scheduled pick-up time, or other product/service booking). Any bookings cancelled within 48-hours or no-shows will result in a 100% forfeiture of the amount paid.
#24 Hours in advance:
For bookings made directly through The LineUp at Wai Kai to be eligible for re-booking or receive the transaction amount, less a $5 administrative fee per transaction, you must call 808-515-7873 or visit Launch no less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity to confirm your re-booking or gift card request. Any bookings not rebooked within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% forfeiture of the amount paid.
#Third Party Sellers:
For bookings not made directly through The LineUp at Wai Kai, refund inquiries must be sent to the purchasing agent, agency, or site you booked through and must adhere to their rules and restrictions.
#Groups & Programs:
Bookings for Group Events, Na Opio Kai, Wai Kai Surf Academy/Lessons, or other specialty clinics – please refer to the specific cancellation policies and terms identified for those programs.
#Safety & Weather
The safety of our guests is our number one priority and weather conditions are always taken into consideration. The LineUp at Wai Kai reserves the right to cancel any reservation if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g. high winds or lightning). If so, we will reschedule or provide a refund to for the activity that was cancelled. Rescheduling and gift cards will only be issued if their experience is limited to 2 hours or less and/or less than 50% of the activity time slot. 2 hours or more than 50% off activity time slots will not be eligible for any refund compensation.
#Other
Wai Kai reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any booking at any time, for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, guests will be offered alternative booking options or a full refund.
