**⏰ Dock time: 5 minutes before your session**
The boat departs exactly at your booked time and cannot wait — so plan to be at the gate 5 minutes early. Arriving after departure counts as a no-show and is charged in full.

**📍 When you arrive**
Park on the street near NE 15th St & Herald Plaza, then walk to the Venetian Marina gate (Pier 5, next to the Venetian Bridge) — about a minute.
Wait at the gate and a Wake Club crew member will come and get you. No need to call or text when you arrive — we'll find you.

**🩴 What to bring**
Swimwear (already on) & a towel. Drinks and snacks welcome — there's a cooler on board.
**⛵ Weather**
Miami weather is dynamic, so we make the call on the day. If you don't hear from us, your session is going ahead. If it's not safe to go out we'll reach out to reschedule — and if you can't make another time, you get a full refund.
**📵 About our number**
Everything you need is right here in this email. Our crew is on the water and can't answer calls or texts, so (786) 467-9242 is for day-of emergencies only — always text, never call.
