Booking Notes

##Please collect your boarding pass at least 20 minutes prior to departure time by checking in with one of the RealNZ team inside our Visitor Centre at 88 Beach Street.

##Please note we have a maximum allowable weight of 95kg for the welfare of our horses and will confirm guest weights before departure.

##What to bring
• Non-slip covered shoes/boots
• Warm clothing/jacket long trousers (recommended)
• Sunscreen / sunglasses camera
• Personal medication including for asthma and allergies

We provide safety helmet and wet weather gear.

Please note that the TSS Earnslaw, the Spirit of Queenstown (modern catamaran), and Walter Peak are cashless and we reserve the right to refuse cash as a means of payment when purchasing products or services at these locations.

##Parking
Please note that there is **no designated parking** for your Walter Peak experience. Parking in Queenstown town centre is limited. You will need to allow additional time to find parking for your vehicle before boarding. We advise 30 minutes. There are parking lots available on Man Street and Church Street and free, limited parking down the Lake Esplanade.
