#Important Info Before You Arrive
- Bring layers—weather can shift on the water & it is typically 15 degrees cooler out on the water
- Non-slip shoes recommended
- Restrooms and snacks available (for sale) onboard
- Please allow plenty of time for parking (2 paid lots nearby) ESPECIALLY during the summer weekends and during holidays Additional Paid Parking Can Be Found Here: 5003 N. Harbor Drive San Diego, CA 92106
- Please complete waivers for everyone in your party before arriving in order to speed up the check-in process
- Motion Sickness-although our vessel is equipped with advanced technology with onboard stabilizers: no vessel is immune to all movement on the water and no one can give a “no seasickness guarantee.” If you are particularly susceptible to motion sickness, we recommend taking motion sickness pills 30 minutes prior to departure. We also sell meclazine onboard and have Seasickness relief bands available for rent.

##Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or sea conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation and are within our cancellation period, you can select the option to rebook or cancel towards the top of this email (your confirmation email).
