What to bring
- Shorts/loose pants you can roll up above the knees (you will get wet at least up to your knees)
- Waterproof jacket (recommended)
- Proof of ID
- Sun hat
- Water bottle
- Warm clothing (e.g. jacket, fleece, warm headwear)
- Change of clothes
- Cameras welcome

Cancellation Policy
Please take note of the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made **at least 7 days prior** to the tour date: full refund, rescheduling, or gift card.
Cancellations made **between 7 days and 48 hours prior** to the tour date: no refund; rescheduling is possible within 12 months of original booking.
Cancellations made **within 48 hours** of the tour start time: no refunds or rescheduling.
Please ensure to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
In the event of cancellation due to **weather conditions or on our behalf**, guests will be offered the following options:
a. Reschedule the tour for a later date, subject to availability.
b. Receive a full refund for the cancelled tour or a gift voucher.
