Booking Notes
- Please bring with you a warm jacket, camera, water bottle and snacks if you wish. Please no bananas.
- Even on warm days, it can be quite cool on the boat - ensure you dress appropriately. - Non-slip shoes are advised.
We do not transit beyond the safety of the bay, however occasionally the vessel movement can make some people feel unwell. If you think you may get sea sick, we advise you take a travel sickness tablet, such as Kwells, the night before your cruises, and again at least 1 hour prior to departure.
Please arrive at our booking trailer at the start of the jetty 30 minutes before your tour departure time to allow for check-in. A crew member will meet you here - PLEASE make yourself known to the crew. Any balances remaining on the day can be paid via cash or credit card (1.5%).
Please note that the tour duration is flexible and is dependent upon weather, whale numbers and whale location. Typical duration is between 2-3 hours.

Cancellation Policy
EP Cruises make no guarantee for marine mammal or birdlife sightings. Passengers accept that interactions are with wild animals and some migrational species. Their movements can not be controlled or predicted and refunds will not be given if some interactions do not occur. Whilst every effort is made to engage with these species, each tour is different.
Tours are subject to weather. EP Cruises reserves the right to cancel or modify the date or time of a cruise due to catastrophic weather conditions, in which an alternative tour time will be offered, or if unsuitable, a full tour price refund will be given, excluding booking fees and credit card surcharges. EP Cruises reserves the right to modify the itinerary of a cruise due to adverse weather, mechanical failure or operational issues. If a force majeure circumstance necessitates cancellation of the tour, then the traveller must rely upon any travel insurance they hold for compensation and where possible, EP Cruises will substitute an itinerary with similar experiences.
PLEASE NOTE :
Cancellations or booking changes are permitted free of charge up to 7 days of the tour departure time.
A 50% refund will be given for cancellations or 50% fee charged for booking changes between 3-7 days of the tour departure time.
No refund will be given for cancellations or booking changes within 2 days of tour departure time.
No refund will be given if customer is a no-show.
Refund policy applies to illnesses including COVID-19.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
