Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour departure. Punctuality is essential, as tours depart on time to respect all guests. Regrettably, refunds are not available for missed tours due to late arrivals.
##Our Whale Watching Commitment
Seeing whales is magical but nature has its own rhythm. If whales are not seen during your tour, you will receive a complimentary second whale watching trip to enjoy another day on the ocean, subject to availability. Refunds are not offered in place of this complimentary return trip.
