**Ocean Going Recommendations:**
Regardless of how good or rough the conditions are forecast to be, we always highly recommend taking 2 sea sickness prevention tablets such as Kwells or Travacalm the night before bed, and another 2 in the morning to ensure the effect has taken hold. (Ensure they are the NON-DROWSEY kind).
From there, a fresh tablet, every 4 hours is the normal dosage to avoid sea-sickness.
Best to be safe rather than sorry!
Sea-sickness can affect the most experienced person so best to be forewarned and prepared.
If you are booking another provider's activity through us additional conditions may apply which will be sent to you by the operator.
