Thank you for booking with us.
Your trip is currently pending and will be finalised once the minimum number of participants is reached. Once we receive your confirmation, your booking will show as confirmed to indicate it has been added to our booking calendar.
Even after the trip reaches its minimum numbers and is confirmed, it may still be delayed or cancelled due to reasons beyond our control. We will always share updates with you as soon as we receive them. These include:
• River Heights: Water levels may be too high or too low. We will update you as soon as possible, though sometimes we cannot check conditions until the morning of the trip.
• National Park Closures: The parks can close unexpectedly. They usually give us 24 hours' notice, but this is not guaranteed.
• Guide Availability: Our canoe guides are seasonal workers who hold other full-time jobs, which can occasionally affect scheduling.
• Health Orders & Travel Restrictions: If a government health order prevents you from travelling, we will pause your booking. You can use your credit for a future date with no expiry limit. Please note we cannot pause bookings based on a "possible" closure.
Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy
We hold the right to cancel your trip due to any of the safety or environmental conditions listed above. If we cancel your trip, you can choose to change your dates or receive a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for compensating any of your accommodation or travel expenses due to a cancellation.
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
• More than 14 days before the trip: You will receive a 90% refund.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the trip: You will receive a 75% refund.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before the trip: You will receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before tour commencement: You will receive a 10% refund.
• Failure to attend (no-show): You will receive a 0% refund.
