Immerse yourself in an area of natural outstanding beauty in the comfort of a kayak. Here you will learn all about the Early Devonian Era. Visit the Limestone made from the shallow coral reefs that lived in the tropical seas that once covered Pangaea over 200 million years ago. Paddle through the Limestone and Sandstone sea caves made by raising and falling sea levels, earthquakes and wave erosion.

- Your guide, all technical clothing & equipment. Dry Bags and phone cases are available as is a locked area where larger possessions can be stored, We will supply a beach fire and marshmallows.
We deliver tours all year round and offer oil skin thermal jackets with hoods and spray decks that attach to the boat so that you can stay completely dry and bring your normal day wear. We can even keep your feet dry if you step carefully out of the boat. Our staff will launch and land you!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour so that you can settle in and use the facilities and put on sun cream.

- You will need beach clothes, flip flops or wet shoes, sun cream, sunhat, sunglasses and swimmers if you would like a wild dip.
Standard Cancellation Policy
We are very flexible and will contact you prior to your tour should the weather/sea conditions not be suitable to enter the sea caves to find an alternative opportunity.
Cancellations are very rare in the summer due to the predominant wind being off shore. Our standard policy for you to cancel is 24 hours prior to departure. After this time a voucher will be provided if conditions are suitable.
Flexible Cancellation Policy
We also offer a last minute cancellation policy for a surcharge so that you are in control of your booking right up to 2 hours before departure.

What 3 words - happy.flame.await
We are located near to the exit of the Babbacombe Cliff Railway on Oddicombe Beach. Sometimes our postcode can take you into Torquay, so please use the What 3 words - happy.flame.await which will bring you to the Cliff Railway Cafe where you are to descend Oddicombe Cliff Road and the hill to the beach, using the road steps or railway.
There is no parking at the beach between April and October, out of season you can park on the beach but in season you will want to park at the suggestions below.
We have a locked space for your belongings and changing rooms if you require them. You will need to bring water, a snack, sun cream, sun hat, beach shoes/flip-flops and clothing to suit the weather on your day of booking. On cooler days leggings or waterproof trousers are great but try to avoid denim or joggers that can soak up water.
Should we need to make any last-minute changes, they will be communicated the night before your tour.
All updates on launch location will be sent via text/call and email, so please make sure to fill in all of your contact details when booking.
Parking is not available at our premises on Oddicombe Beach through April to October. Therefore, we recommend using the Model Village car park at TQ1 3LA and using the coastal path to the Cliff Railway for access down to the beach. Or if you arrive in good time to head to the Upper downs Road/ St Albans Road/ Bedford Road or Palermo Road which are 5 minutes from the Cliff Railway or to Cary Avenue or Cary Park TQ1 3NE which is around 10 minutes’ walk, all offer free parking.
Cancellation Policy
Customers are able to re-book an alternative date up to 24 hours before the tour. Full cancellations by the client need to made 48 hours prior to receive a full refund. Customers will receive alternative tour options if the weather/sea state is creating unsafe conditions to enter the sea caves or due to unforeseen circumstances.
For client cancellations within 48 hours, should no other date be available to re deliver the tour within 7 days of the original booked date a voucher will be offered. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows and late arrivals by 30 minutes or more will not be able to be re-booked and will be charged the full price .
A flexible cancellation policy is now available at a surcharge that gives you the opportunity to cancel up to 2 hours prior to delivery. Please contact if you cannot find this option available as we implement it.
