## Important Information

###Arrival###
Please arrive **15 minutes before** your scheduled departure time. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals, as this would disrupt the experience for the rest of the group. Please allow enough travel time and take personal responsibility for arriving on time.

Please note that **there are no toilet facilities at the meeting point**.

### Meeting Point
During the winter season, the kayak station is closed and there is no staff on site. Your guide will meet you at the meeting point and will normally arrive **at least 15 minutes before** the scheduled start of the activity. Simply look for the **shipping container next to the waterfront**.

### What to Bring
* Change of clothes
* Weather-appropriate clothing layers
* Warm pants and warm fleece
* Warm thermal base layer (merino)
* 2 pairs of warm wool socks
* Woolly hat & gloves (water resistant)

### Minimum Participation
This activity requires a **minimum of 2 participants** to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will notify you as early as possible, and no later than **24 hours before** the activity date. In this case, you may choose between:

* A full refund, or
* An alternative tour (subject to availability).
