Booking Notes
**Cancellation Policy:**
1. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to the commencement of the hire for a refund to be payable with a 20% cancellation fee
2. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the hire refunds will only be made if the same boat has been hired for the same period at the same price.
3. If there is excessive rain on the day of your hire, we will reschedule or accomodate you (excluding houseboats)
4. If we deem the weather to be too dangerous such as high winds, cyclone, flooding we will reschedule your booking at no charge.
Houseboat Policy Additions
A $250 date change fee will apply if we have the availability and are able to reschedule your booking. Travel insurance is recommended for Houseboat Bookings incase you need to alter your travel plans.
**Phone Bookings**
If you booked over the phone and have not paid in full you must pay the $100 Deposit to secure your booking, either over the phone on 02 6554 7733 via card (2% surcharge) or via Bank transfer Details are below

(as we are a Marina we do not have a street address for GPS, instead use 20-22 Little Street, Forster and we are across the road
Parking: There is Free on street and untimed parking from Boatshed #1 Back towards Town on both sides of the road
###**Map of the Area** We will give you a full safety briefing of the boat and also a detailed map of the operating area. We will also give you personalised advice on the best points of interest based on what your group is interested in and local weather conditions

###**Beaching of vessel:**
A: All hirer (s) must take great care when hiring and driving a water vessel. It is the responsibility of the hirer (s) to ALWAYS monitor weather and tidal conditions. If your boat becomes beached you will be required to inform us immediately.

###**Restrictions**:
- You have full access to Wallis Lake (strictly no access permitted beyond the Forster/Tuncurry bridge) No FIREARMS, DRUGS OR DANGEROUS GOODS allowed on board at any time
- At least 1 person per group must be over the age of 21

###**The Letting:**
The letting is made on the understanding that the boat is placed at the disposal of the hirer on the date booked unless the management is prevented from doing so by mechanical breakdown or unforeseen circumstances. In this case all monies paid will be refunded in full. However, the hirer shall have no claim on any account against the management
